Bristol, N.Y. — Black Button Distilling is now making its own ingredients from its new farm in Ontario County.
The company plans to grow juniper for gin, along with white oak to make barrels, fresh herbs and spices at the new Black Button Forestry & Farm on County Road 32 in Bristol. Black Button will also work to make its own honey, and you can help by donating to its Kickstarter campaign.
Ashley Doerzbacher visited the farm this morning to find out how it’s all going to work.
