- 2 oz Four Grain Bourbon
- ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- Ginger Beer
Stir the bourbon, vanilla simple syrup, and pineapple juice in a copper mug with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with pineapple leaf.
Vanilla Syrup: ¼ cup Sugar, ¼ cup Boiling Water, ½ Vanilla Bean. Stir & steep for 20 minutes. Remove vanilla bean & allow to cool before use.
