Tasting Notes

  • Light spice, floral and pine notes on the nose, with hints of black licorice and candy apple
  • A full-bodied burst of sweetness on the tongue, with flavors of over ripe apples and honey
  • Long, lingering finish with notes of mature oak and baking spices, with a dry exhale of juicy apples

Apple Brandy Finished

SINGLE BARREL STRAIGHT BOURBON

This unique spirit has been aged 2 years in an American White Oak Barrel, then matured for another 2 and a half years in a freshly harvested Apple Brandy barrel. Full bodied notes of apple and honey make for a very enjoyable take on our favorite spirit. Made in limited quantities, this rare spirit is made for celebrating special moments.
