We’ve found the juicy orange is a perfect match for the delicate and woody notes of juniper found in gin. This blend of botanicals is complemented with a concoction of choice mixers for the perfect cocktail.

We decided on three easy drinks that have been hits in our Tasting Room – and now you can mix them up right at home. Each recipe serves 12-14 people. All you have to do is follow the “fill-to-here” instructions and you’re good to go.

1.) Sunshine Tea 

The perfect summertime mix of Citrus Forward Gin, Iced Tea and Lemonade. We’ve all mixed a little lemonade with our iced tea when we were kids – now you get to sip on the grownup version all summer long. Kick back on your porch for this one. This cold drink goes down so easy that you’ll probably need to mix up another batch!  

2.) Bee’s Knees 

The Bee’s Knees is our most popular cocktail in the Tasting Room – and for good reason! A hint of citrus, a little bit of honey and a touch of fresh lemon combine for the most refreshing drink you could ask for in the hot summer weather. This combination is too good to not share with all of your friends and family. Plan a weekend brunch or host a dinner party under string lights with this easy large batch cocktail for a night you won’t soon forget. 

3.) Gin-Mopolitan  

This one is your classic Cosmopolitan – but with a Citrus Forward Gin twist. Combine with pomegranate juice, orange liqueur (like Triple Sec) and lime seltzer for a fizzy, unique summer cocktail. The sparkling lime flavor, the sweet pomegranate and citrus flare will kick your happy hour up a notch!
