- 2 oz Lilac Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Honey Syrup
- ¾ oz Rosemary Syrup
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass. Fresh rosemary & lemon wedge garnish
Honey Syrup: ¼ cup Honey, ¼ cup Boiling Water. Stir & allow to cool before use.
Rosemary Syrup: ¼ cup Sugar, ¼ cup Boiling Water, 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary. Stir & steep for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before use.
