- 1 oz Lilac Gin
- 1 oz Bespoke Bourbon Cream
- ¾ oz Rose Simple Syrup
Stir all ingredients with ice & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
Rose Syrup: ¼ cup Sugar, ¼ cup Boiling Water, 1 Tbsp Stuart’s Spices dried rose petals. Stir & steep for 20 minutes. Strain & allow to cool before use.
