In a recent review by Good Spirits News (October 12, 2023), Black Button Distilling’s Empire Apple Liqueur has received high praise with a A++ GSN Rating. Crafted by Master Distiller Jeff Fairbrother, our seasonal spirit offers a unique tasting experience. It features the delightful combination of locally grown New York State apples and the signature notes of caramel and vanilla from Black Button’s bourbon.

GSN’s Remarks: This is like apple crisp with a boozy kick. Forget pumpkin spice, this is the true taste of a New York State autumn in a glass. A perfect blend of apple, vanilla, cinnamon and rich caramel all come together in an absolutely mouthwatering liqueur. Hats off to Black Button for knocking another one out of the park. They continue to excel at innovation. (Note: There are a lot of cider particulates in the bottle. Shake very well before serving.)
