Love is in the air, and what better way to celebrate the Month of Love than with a decadent chocolate and spirits pairing experience? We’ve partnered with Stever’s Candies to curate a tantalizing chocolate tasting flight that perfectly complements our finest spirits. Available exclusively in our Tasting Room throughout February, this immersive journey promises to ignite your senses and delight your taste buds.

Pre-Prohibition Style Straight Bourbon & Hazelnut Truffle

First up, we have the Pre-Prohibition Style Straight Bourbon—a blend of fresh corn and mature wood on the nose, followed by a symphony of cinnamon spice and caramel on the tongue, culminating in a tannic finish with earthly spice notes. Paired with a luscious hazelnut truffle, the rich nuttiness complements the bourbon’s caramel tones, creating a decadent experience that’s nothing short of divine.

Cask Strength Straight Bourbon & Dark Sea Salt Caramel

Next on our journey is the Cask Strength Straight Whiskey, boasting earthly aromas of fresh oak and leather, a full-bodied smooth caramel palate, and a woody finish with hints of vanilla. Paired with a dark sea salt caramel, the juxtaposition of sweet and salty accentuates the whiskey’s complexity, creating a harmonious balance. 

Bespoke Coffee Liqueur & Almond Bark

For those who prefer a bold and invigorating experience, we present the Bespoke Coffee Liqueur—a melody of fresh pressed coffee aroma, bold sweetness on the tongue, and a warm vanilla finish. Paired with crunchy almond bark, the nutty crunch complements the liqueur’s robust coffee notes, creating a delightful contrast of textures and flavors that will awaken your senses.

Bespoke Bourbon Cream & Dark Chocolate Pecan Croquette

Last but certainly not least, the Bespoke Bourbon Cream—a luxurious blend of sweet cream, rich vanilla, and caramel, with a subtle exhale of hand-finished Bourbon. Paired with a dark chocolate pecan croquette, the indulgent combination of creamy bourbon and crunchy pecans enveloped in decadent dark chocolate is pure indulgence—a match made in heaven.

Drop by our Tasting Room Thursdays and Fridays: 3pm – 9pm, Saturdays: noon – 9pm, and Sundays: noon – 5pm. Cheers!
