Event Details

Join us for a very special Gin Blending Class featuring the creation of our Dark Sky Gin commemorating the Total Solar Eclipse. Led by Master Distiller Jeff Fairbrother, you’ll learn how to blend this unique botanical gin that we developed specifically for the Total Eclipse. You will learn about distilling, rectifying gin with unique botanicals and spices to achieve the perfect pour, and by the end of this class, you will take home a 375mL bottle of gin that you personally blended! Pre-order a bottle of our Dark Sky Gin blended especially in celebration of the Eclipse and save 10%. Pick-up available after the release on April 8th.
