“I am living a dream being able to collaborate with Rochester power houses like Black Button, Rubino’s, and Pittsford Dairy. I aspire to be like these businesses and use their products as often as I can when cooking at home as well as when making sauce out at Craft Cannery (keep it local baby!). This collaboration was the brainchild of Jason at Black Button who just DOES NOT STOP. He was in the process of building his new tasting room when he approached me about this. I went right to Pittsford Dairy, because we love Pittsford Dairy, because who doesn’t?! And, we had a great collab with them a couple of years ago. Finally, we needed cheese, and there is none better than Rubino’s where my friend Kristina Roberti is doing BIG things.
