The sweet oaky mix of our Four Grain Bourbon and Barrel Aged Maple Syrup make the ultimate glaze for your Thanksgiving feast. Prepare your turkey anyway you like and add the glaze to the end. Works well on leftovers too!
Add all the ingredients to a medium pot, stir to combine and heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook 24-28 minutes or until mixture is reduced by half, making sure mixture doesn’t boil over. Mixture should have a thin glaze consistency, and will continue to thicken as it cools.
Remove from heat; set aside until room temperature.
When the turkey is finished cooking, remove from the oven and brush with half the Bourbon Maple Glaze.
Transfer the turkey to a cutting board and loosely tent with foil.
Let rest 30 minutes before carving and serving brushed with additional glaze. Enjoy!
