In addition to our farm distilled craft spirits, our beverage options include a variety of New York State craft wine, beer, and cider.

• We do not have catering options available, but you are welcome to have food delivered or catered from your favorite spot! We recommend Madeline’s Catering (madelinescatering.com) or Board ‘N’ Bacon Charcuterie (boardnbacon.com). Homemade foods are not allowed, and we are unable to provide serve ware (plates, cutlery, etc.)
• Open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited (chafing dishes, candles, etc.).
• We also do not allow decorations using tape, tacks, or other hanging means that would leave marks on the walls, and no balloons (due to static discharge) or confetti. We are a working production facility and safety is our highest priority.
• No candles or Sterno heaters
• All guests should be of legal drinking age.
