In this experimental release, our distillers carefully selected a unique barrel of bourbon for additional finishing with a mix of Cherry, White Ash, and Yellow Birch wood staves. Our Experimental Series allows our distillers to get creative with whiskey and experiment with different finishes, different mashbills, and different blendings, all in limited batches!

-Fresh cut wood on the nose, with undertones of subtle toffee sweetness, followed by dry spice and hints of cherry

-Tannic notes throughout with bright citrus up front, giving way to a spicy middle and finishing with cherry and brown sugar

-Quick flash of spice with lingering charred oak on the exhale; reminiscent of the end of a muddled Old Fashioned
