Join us for a unique Gin Blending Class featuring the creation of our Lilac Gin. Led by our knowledgeable distillers & staff, you’ll learn how to blend this unique botanical gin that we developed in celebration of spring in Rochester, the Flower City. You will learn about distilling, rectifying gin with unique botanicals and spices to achieve the perfect pour, and by the end of this class, you will take home a 375mL bottle of gin that you personally blended! Pre-order a bottle of our Lilac Gin and save 10%. Pick-up available the day of the class, May 10th.
